The room at Ty Coed was absolutely perfect for our family! It had not one, but two bathrooms, so no more waiting in line for the shower. The bathroom with a bath or shower was great for our little ones, while the one with just a shower was perfect for us. We felt so relaxed and comfortable in our own little haven.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of having only one bathroom with a shower. But hey, that's just my preference.

I keep coming back to this place because it's perfect for me. They helped me find a place to exchange money on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, parking, a dryer, and an electric kettle. Plus, I can enjoy cycling, fishing, and bring my pets. No smoking here. Can't wait for my holiday!

The location of this place was great! We were able to walk to all the nearby attractions and the town center. Plus, it was close enough to the pub and other amenities. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was even a welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. Another advantage was that the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a day of exploring.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the pictures online were a bit misleading.

The location of the property was great, within walking distance to nearby attractions and the town center. the cottage was well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fireplace which was perfect after a long hike. the owner provided a welcome pack on arrival, which was a nice touch.
Some guests felt that the kitchen was small and cramped, making it difficult for two people to comfortably use at the same time.

we had a wonderful time at the cottage in Llanberis. It was the perfect base for our hike up Snowdon. The cottage was cozy and well-stocked, with a lovely fireplace to warm up by after our climb. We will definitely book here again when we return.

The bathroom with the bath or shower at Ty Coed was amazing. I felt so relaxed and pampered, like I was in a spa. As a guest who loves to unwind after a long day of biking, this was the perfect way to do it.
I personally preferred the bathroom with the bath or shower, but the one with just a shower wasn't as appealing to me. However, I understand that some guests may prefer a quick and efficient shower experience.

This cozy cottage was a total game changer for our Snowdon adventure! It's super close to the town, castle, and Snowdon trailhead - mind-blowing location! We loved the wood burner, perfect for a jaw-droppingly cozy evening. And the fact that it's pet-friendly, with no evidence of it, was a huge plus. Everything we needed was provided, the place was spotlessly clean, and even during a storm it was quiet, warm, and dry. Can't wait to come back!

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was filled with beautiful traditional Welsh touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were so warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. Being a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was. The staff made sure there were no steps or obstacles in my way, making it easy for me to navigate around the premises.
The only thing I would have liked is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and responsive. Sometimes it took a little longer to get their attention or ask for assistance, but overall it didn't hinder my vacation experience too much.

We had a fantastic time at Ty Coed in Llanberis. Our stay was for a few days and we were visiting to hike up Mt Snowdon. The house was well equipped, clean, and in a great location for walks and exploring. It was quiet, warm, and pet-friendly, although we didn't have our furry friend with us. We loved the cozy cottage feel and the wood burner in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Just a ten-minute walk into town, Dolbadarn castle just around the corner, and minutes from the beginning of the Snowdon Llanberis path. We enjoyed climbing by day and a cosy evening in front of the wood burner by night. the cottage was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable, and the fire was especially appreciated after our exhaustive climb. It's very pet friendly, and our dog simply loved it here. the house was very well equipped with everything you would need for a short or long break. Great location! Within walking distance to all the nearby attractions and town centre. The cottage had all the facilities you needed, with a welcome pack on arrival, which was much appreciated after our walking adventures. Cons: Nothing, all excellent. 👍.

Well-equipped house with a fantastic location for walks and hikes. Quiet, warm, and dry during stormy weather. Pet-friendly without any evidence. Clean rooms. Conveniently close to attractions and town center. Appreciated welcome pack. Lovely little place for a Snowdon hike. Well-stocked for cooking and comfort. Cozy with a wood burner. Great for climbing during the day and relaxing by the fire at night. Pet-friendly and loved by our dog.
